Cancellations Policy
We require a minimum of 24 hrs notice to reschedule or cancel appointments. If you fail to call or show, you will assess a fee charged to your credit card.

Late Policy
Should you be running late, we
will hold your appointment for
15 mins provided we hear from
you. If you are more than 15
mins late and the service will
be adapted to time left and the
full amount plus late fee will
be charged.

for Weddings, any dressy updo can be worn for any special hair
event including cocktail parties, Spring formals or even to the
ballet, theater or interviews.
